Where this comes from
I built multiple businesses simultaneously through real disruption. Not in an incubator. Not with investors. In real life, with real clients, and real problems that did not care about my schedule.
Every one of those businesses hit the same ceiling: me. Every follow-up, every decision, every handoff came back to one person. Working harder only made the ceiling lower.
